International Account Manager

Then you are the Account Manager that we are looking for! You like to work in a dynamic, complex environment where taking fast decisions and action is key. From our beautiful office in Amsterdam, you do everything you can every day to attract new clients.
Close deals
As an Account Manager for Payingit International, you know better than anyone what it takes to find new clients and you can bind them to our company with a healthy dose of energy and perseverance. In short, you don’t give up until the deal is closed!
You are someone who easily picks up the phone to call prospects (both cold and hot leads). You can chat easily and to anyone, are persuasive and someone we should slow down rather than give a boost. During conversations with prospects, you listen critically and are not afraid to ask difficult questions. When faced with a challenge, you proactively and independently dive into the solution. Of course it is quite normal for you to work with targets.
What are you going to do
In your role as Account Manager you have a great responsibility. You get the space you need to fill up your sales funnel. We also expect you to proactively think about optimisations in our work processes. This way you contribute to the growth of Payingit International in several areas.
The basis of all your actions is the contact you have with your prospects. You call leads, make quotations and know how to close ‘the deal’ with a signature on our agreements. You answer international payroll related questions from (potential) clients and advise them on the best employment solution. In addition, you ensure that the information is properly recorded in our CRM system.
